The past year has been monumental for Yung Bleu. The rapper who is nominated for a Grammy has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including French Montana, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, and Nicki Minaj. This week, the 28-year-old star debuted his newest track, “Soul Child,” which features the illustrious hip hop artist Lil Wayne. The sample of Musiq Soulchild’s timeless hit “Love” is sped up on this tune, which also features Bleu and Wayne bragging about music and their success. Weezy admitted that Promethazine was one of his favorite drugs as well.
The track is going to be included on Bleu’s future album, which is going to be called TANTRA. He has previously released the track “Love in the Way,” which features Nicki Minaj, as well as “Life Worth Living,” which features French. In addition to his work in music, Bleu has just recently announced the opening of his Moon Boy University, which will serve as a location where creative individuals can come to learn the ins and outs of the industry while also growing in their own respective careers.
Tantra will be available to stream beginning this coming Friday, November 11. Listen to “Soul Child” by Yung Bleu featuring Lil Wayne, and then tell us what you think about it in the comments section below.
