The latest single from Twista, “Home Invasion,” is Chi-Town heavy as the rap-spitting rapper called on the very own Do or Die from Chicago to help him on the track. While Twista is known for its fast-fire delivery, on its recent release, the veteran rapper failed to capture that essence. Twista does not rely as a trick on his speedy lyrical performance, and he wants fans to know that to carry him through his music he does not rely on that skill.
This is not the first time on a single that these four artists have joined forces. Do or Die released their classic rap hit “Po Pimp” back in 1996 featuring Twista and singer Johnny P. Do or Die since 2015 has taken some time away from the release of music, but this single is a hint that they may be creating new tunes. Just recently, Twista dropped his single “War Ready” back in April, sharing with fans that in the hip hop game he is still a viable player.
