Bain could have referred to anything in view of the aftermath that came from Leaving Neverland. There may have been more accusations against the King of Pop. Perhaps there was a posthumous album published.
No one had a clue so the icon fans closely followed the situation, waiting for any information about the social media “mystery” announcement. An advisory was sent to the media which reads:’ 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson; and what would be his 61st birthday on August 29, 2019. It’s time to speak up and speak out on behalf of Michael Jackson in combination with a mandate he gave him on October 6, 2006.’ The unique announcement was overwhelming to some but long overdue to others.
A foundation was announced in the name of Jackson, as reported by CNN. Many thought that MJ’s data would be disclosed, but Bain observed that she had no access to those papers. She broke the news during her announcement, stating, “I am honored to announce the establishment of the MJ legacy foundation.”
