VIDEO: Willie X.O – Early In The Morning ft Ashanti

Ashanti left her summer-fuelled, thirsty trap pictures on social media showing her colorful rocking bikinis in paradise-like scenes. Many thought the R&B hitmaker was just one to enjoy a tropical holiday, but it looks like she’s been busy at work. Willie X.O, a Nigerian-born artist, recently released his single “Early in the Morning” featuring Ashanti, and the accompanying video shows many of the scenes shared on Instagram’s “Foolish” singer.

Willie and Ashanti are playing the role of a loving couple in the video that are not only enchanted with each other, but with the island’s allure. Ashanti proposed that fans will eventually get a fresh project from her quickly as she worked on her forthcoming album with Metro Boomin. She still has to disclose a title or release date, but her latest track characteristics with other artists keep her fans happy until the complete project rolls out.

VIDEO: Twelve’Len – Lets Stay

When it comes to dropping music videos, Carol City artist Twelve’Len doesn’t conform to any set of time-specific regulations and we’re here for it. The singer published his first single “Let’s Stay” back in August 2018, and the Flowerpop-directed visual was lastly published yesterday. It feels like Twelve’Len once again pays homage to his hometown, and by showing them in the video to those nearest to him who have backed him throughout his life. As with his last music video, “Thank the Gang,” he also chose to go for a vintage feel for his visual.

Twelve’Len is unlike any other style, and the rapper-turned-singer shared how he evolved as an artist with Miami New Times. “It just got over-saturated, and it was done by everyone,” Twelve said of rap. “I needed to do something else, so I started to add melodies under my raps. It got to where I was like,’ You know what? I’m going to sing on those songs.’ Eventually, I just weaned myself off the rap.”

VIDEO: Calboy – Love Me

Chicago’s very own Calboy returns with the clip to “Love Me,” fresh from a latest release of the album. The new single gives insight into the humble beginnings of the rapper with the familiar trap house environments. The video, similar to the song, describes the early experiences of the rapper, coming up in Chiraq’s rougher ends. In addition, Calboy can be seen in various environments, including posting with his homies in front of his crib, cruising in his Rolls Royce or observing large booty girls cooking in the trap. The lyrics weigh on the various factors why everyone should recognize the rapper for being on his grind and making it out of the hood.

“Love Me” is a track component of a larger project, the newly published Wildboy from Calboy. The job body involves a sequence of tracks that features remarkable from Meek Mill, Lil Durk, Yo Gotti & Lil Durk. The video enables the release of prior project singles, namely “Chariot,” “Caroline,” and “Nina,” to follow.

VIDEO: Smino – KLINK

Smino gave what he wished to his fans, which was an 18-track tape named Noir he fell off last year in November. Since his last video release for “Z4L” in April, some time has gone and now he’s here with another for the third track, “KLINK.” The video considers Smino and the homies just dancing, drinking, and having fun.

“I was waiting for the person of my turn. This is certainly something I deserve. I’ve been working my ass off, bro. Like, I can tell that with confidence, you understand what I’m saying? People from where I come from understand me. I won’ Most Likely to Be Famous’ and’ Best Rapper’ in high school,” revealed Smino before his sophomore tape was released.

“I’ve always been with the music on that shit, so I don’t try to say I’ve always been a fantastic artist, but I’ve always been a practitioner. I always tried to compose a song. It wasn’t all my songs tight. So long I’ve been making wack-ass music. But the more you’re working, the bigger you’re doing than you imagine.”

VIDEO: Meek Mill – Oodles O’Noodles Babies

Meek Mill is the owner of one of Championships ‘ finest 2018 albums. Meek triumphantly returned to the spotlight after his release from jail and went through with a strong body of job. Championships have a lot to unpack, but the album’s overall tone is celebratory. The rapper from Philadelphia began out as nothing and ended up being one of the world’s largest rappers. Still, he is regularly handled unfairly. Recently, Meek has been given the opportunity to present his case before another judge, and as a result, he has the opportunity to overturn his initial conviction. We keep a close eye on this situation, but the artist still unleashes new content on all of us. He is releasing the video for “Oodles O’Noodles Babies” today.

The “Oodles O’Noodles Babies” video is cinematic, starting with a typical rating screen and going with the graphic content into some profound territory. Showing a guy living behind bars, raising a family without their dad, and more, Meek is plunging into a scenario he’s been pushed into. Hopefully, quickly everything will end. Things certainly start looking up for Meek, who recently took an abundance of W’s. Another victory for him is this video.

VIDEO: Curren$y, Trademark & Young Roddy – Plan of Attack

When you are the Joneses, you don’t need to worry about maintaining up with the Joneses. In January, Rap trifecta Curren$y, Trademark Da Skydiver, and Young Roddy released their single “Plan of Attack” and dropped the accompanying visual just in time for the summer. The trio— along with several lady friends bikini-clad— takes over a tarmac landing strip with a few luxury whips and a private jet. There are stacks of cash, liquor, champagne, fresh fruit inside the PJ, and all the other goodies that anyone would like or need to enjoy in the sky.

With the release of the GT Films-directed music video comes confirmation that the Jet Life members are planning a Plan of Attack album, reportedly released on Babygrande Records, as well as a nationwide tour coming this Fall.

VIDEO: Blu & Oh No – Pop Shots

Rapper Blu and producer Oh No fell off their A Red Hot Los Angeles Summer Night album earlier this year. The record is the dream of an underground hip hop lover as the beatmaker and songwriter join forces to produce an art job that is mildly absent in today’s mainstream hip hop. Blu is an established name in the industry, and while he may not be as recognizable as his counterparts, he is respected as an emcee by the socially conscious rapper.

Blu and Oh No come together again on their “Pop Shots” track to produce a track that talks about the impacts, impacts, and emotional intensity associated with ringing out firearms. The visual is heavy television, not only because the actual old school television screens are used as an artistic addition, but also because it features television news footage of real gun-related events.

Check the “Pop Shots” video below.

VIDEO: Rich The Kid – Racks Today

Rich The Kid put his album The World Is Yours 2 back in March with 16 tracks including Big Sean, NBA YoungBoy, Lil Pump, Takeoff, Offset, Tory Lanez, Young Thug, Gunna, Miguel, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Gucci Mane and more.

Now only a few months ago Rich followed up with a music video for the 14th track “Racks Out.” The days of booties, bottles and strip clubs are no longer for Rich who only appears completely in the visual except for his one hypeman in the back.

The video demonstrates Rich posted in a warehouse bending his wealth, money stacks, and blinding chains as he rapes his beat along. “Yeah, this album is devoted to all the educators who told me that I would never be like nohin,” Rich shared at the moment of release on Twitter. Look at the pictures and let us know what you believe.

VIDEO: Saweetie – My Type [Claws Remix]

Bay-area bad girl Saweetie made waves late in the industry. The rise to stardom of the socialite is based on the booming success of Khia’s take on “My Neck, My Back,” which she uniquely remixed with her song “ICY GRL.” And the rest has been history since the track’s release. The artist went on to release her well-received debut project, ICY. She also collaborated on the London On Da Track bop “Up Now” with G-Eazy & Rich The Kid. Of course, we must mention her adorable relationship with Migos-affiliate Quavo, which places her on industry radar only further. The couple recently performed for Summer Jam together in New York. Saweetie certainly makes a name for herself and we look forward to seeing what’s next for her.

Now with the rise of another popular single, the ICY GRL just dropped a video for the song “My Type.” The video features appearances by the cast members of TNT’s hit television show “Claws.” Karrueche, Niecy Nash and Primetime Emmy winner Carrie Preston are among several others among the star-studded video. The new season of the beloved series was announced by the musical partnership.

DOWNLOAD VIDEO: BlocBoy JB – Mercedes

BlocBoy Jb shared his latest “Mercedes” track last week, yet another addictive cut to notch on the catalog of the Memphis rapper, and soon enough he doubled with an accompanying clip for the new selection.

You can catch BlocBoy and the rest of his crew in the new video for “Mercedes” in a studio setting where limited props take center stage, save for a Mercedes car and bankrolls.

The video is, for the most part, another exhibition of the dance movements plucked from Memphis pockets and across the South, making up the upbeat track for an appropriately light-hearted take. Look up the “Mercedes” video.

VIDEO: Tink – Different

Tink has doubled back to share a new clip to accompany the track after dropping off her “Different” single in December.

Directed by Damien Sandavol, Tink finds the new clip flawlessly vacillating between fits and dynamic backdrops as she details the consequences of a love that went wrong: “You weren’t there when I was alone / say you care, but you really don’t / it’s all in your actions, none of my faults/’because I’m not the kind you put on your side whenever you want.”

The video comes after Tink dropped off her full-length project Voicemails, which houses “Different” among a 12-track selection.

VIDEO: Curren$y & Jay Worthy – PayBack

Last month, Curren$y and Jay Worthy linked up their collaborative mixtape Umbrella Symphony with the production duo LNDN DRGS and now the team is returning for a new music video for project track “Payback.”

In the new clip, a cushy lifestyle is the game’s name as a Belaire bottle, poolside lounge and bikini-clad companion take up most of the screen time when Curren$y is involved before things switch off to Jay Worthy posted by a Bentley truck while exposing the competition: “Now this one to the n-gas that is always high-sided / flexing on the gram as we were wilin last night.”

VIDEO: The Pledge By Da Honorable – The Pledge

The resume of Honorable C.N.O.T.E speaks for itself. With production credits ranging from his litter pick to the upper echelon, when it dropped in February, it’s a wonder that “The Pledge” didn’t get more attention. The music video, for starters, marked the beginning of C.N.O.T.E’s foray into a different form of songwriting-the likes of which Sonny Digital proved hard to break into.

Although it’s not clearly stated in the song or video, “The Pledge” very much communicates a desire to stay in touch with the Michigan state, where he grew up in a community that lacked diversity under particularly difficult circumstances.

Nonetheless, despite the discomfort, C.N.O.T.E clearly appreciates the wonder years. In Honorable C.N.O.T.E’s upcoming solo venture, tentatively titled Signs, “The Pledge” has a spot reserved for it. Otherwise, C.N.O.T.E has kept busy with a number of high-profile placements, including “NCAA” by 2 Chainz and his long-time conspirator Gucci Mane “Just Like It.”

VIDEO: Renni Rucci – Elevators

A week after serving up her Big Renni debut project, Renni Rucci returns with a new clip for closer “Elevators” project to support the effort.

The new clip usually finds the Wolfpack Global artist claiming an undeniable stream of confidence as she marks her territory with purpose:

“Bad bitch alert, I’m a walking money bag / Get a nigga for his bands, then I go and pop tags / We some boss ass bitches, wrap our hair in Louis rags.” Renni Rucci has been slowly building up a strong catalog for months now and seems ready to be another Voice for the latest women’s class turning hip-hop on its head with a wave of lyricism that doesn’t bear any apology in sight.
