Iggy Azalea Issues Answer to Nude Photo Leak

For Iggy Azalea, it was quite a day. Reportedly, the 28-year-old rapper was devastated when she logged on social media and saw that she had undergone nude photos of herself. The response was quick as users of social media shared the images quickly and tweeted their opinions to the Australian rapper.

To combat the messages attack, Iggy deactivated her social media accounts because she felt embarrassed by the leak. Iggy shared in a post that had been removed since that time that she was “surprised and angry” about the leak. She confirmed in the pictures that it is her and that the unused pictures were from a photo shooting of the 2016 GQ. Under any circumstances, the rapper said they should never be released, so she will move forward with pressing criminal charges.

“I’m a ball of negative emotions today,” she wrote. “I feel blind, embarrassed, violated, angry, sad, and another million things. Not only because I did not agree to this— but also because of the vile manner in which people reacted. In particular, many of the comments I see from men taking things even further and sharing their thoughts and fantasies about my body have honestly disturbed me.”

“The utterly wicked things that people say are overwhelming and make me feel like throwing up,” she continued. “If you were ever humiliated in front of your family and those you care about maybe you could relate to what I’m going through. It’s like a nuclear bomb that explodes and not only emotionally destroys you, but in your personal life leaves a path of destruction that affects your relationships and people that matter most.

Nino Muñoz, the photographer who shot Iggy for that session, has issued his own statement saying the pictures have been stolen from him. “My heart goes out to anyone affected by this situation,” he wrote. “I am utterly outraged and will not rest until justice is served.”

He also shared a text picture that reads, “I am outraged and saddened to find out that mine pictures have been stolen and published without my permission. An investigation is currently underway.” “Posting these stolen pictures is illegal and anyone who has done so will be prosecuted,” he continues. “I sympathize with any discomfort caused to anyone involved by this situation.”
