Denzel Curry today announced that next week, on May 31, his TA13OOfollow-up ZUU will hit the streets. The rapper dropped his latest single “SPEEDBOAT,” a track to be featured on his upcoming record, to celebrate the revelation. Curry also gave us the Zev Deans-directed visual for “SPEEDBOAT,” a song described as “Denzel meditating on the consequences of living the fast life, bouncing masterfully between melodic moments and combative bars as he refuses to fall victim to the violence that plagued his childhood in Miami.”
Ten months have passed since Curry dropped TA13OO, the breakout album that displayed the art and lyricism of the rapper. Throughout the summer of 2019, he will hit the road starting next week when he heads out with Billie Eilish until July 13. Curry will be storming festival stages including Lollapalooza, Osheaga and Outside Lands in August after that North American tour. He will then join the $ uicideBoy$ on another tour of North America starting in San Diego on July 27 and finishing in Los Angeles on August 23.
