Since we heard any new music from Xzibit, it’s been a hot minute, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t put work in. Over the years he’s landed some acting gigs with roles on Empire and Hawaii Five-0 but he’s also released music under the name Serial Killers with B-Real and Demrick. But he’s back with new music, thankfully. The two drop off a West Coast banger, teaming up with fellow Californian rapper Problem.
It looks like the next album from Xzibit, King Maker may be coming soon, and if “Elevator” is the first single, it may come sooner than we would expect. The two rappers are teaming up over Koncept’s breezy instrumental. The laidback flow of problem floats over the beat while swapping bars with Xzibit proving he hasn’t lost touch.
