Taken at Dellwood, St. Louis, Missouri, Rahli’s music video “In and Out” is a variety of introductions for a rapper at the peak of greater recognition. Rahli’s upward projection problem is not a problem if but when, and how fast?
The original STL owes much initial recognition to the song “Born Bae Bae” which has taken a storm on the regional circuit. His success was enough to get him great coverage with Complex and plenty of resources. For Rahli the plan is to continue working to complete his main debut, which is named after the local store (Dellwood Market), as illustrated in the “Enter and Exit” video.
St. Louis lived up to his billing as a breeding ground for American art & culture history from the past century. Often, STL artists such as Valee, ChaseTheMoney, Smino, and most recently Rahli, emerge from obscurity with “qualities” that are unique to them, and themselves. For one, Rahli’s willingness to change his flow, often with “staccato” nerve endings, is candy in my ears and hopefully yours. Leave it locked for more.
