Every year, there are several stars made in the music industry. In 2019, they have appeared before our eyes and two of them are on the same track. This week, Lizzo and DaBaby began teasing their upcoming collaboration, preparing fans for a remix of “Truth Hurts.” This song currently sits comfortably on the prestigious Top 10 Billboard Hot 100 chart and is unlikely to slow down anytime soon. With Billie Eilish recently coming in for the top position, Lizzo is trying to get an increasing number so that he can aim at bigger things, asking for help from North Carolina rapper DaBaby on the new reprint of “Truth Hurts.”
Available now in certain international markets, Lizzo and DaBaby make a fairly solid team. On paper, their bond is questioned but this is actually a pretty stupid remix. As you would expect, Lizzo’s viral lyrics about being “that bitch” remained intact on the remix with Baby giving vocals in a separate verse.
