Not long ago, Ryan Adams reported his driven plans to discharge three albums this year. He scattered the data around two of the albums, called Big Colors and Wednesday, by means of some political columnists’ Twitter channels.
The first of those albums to be discharged is Big Colors — it’s expected out in April through Pax-Am/Blue Note/Capitol — and he appeared the main tune from it on the Philadelphia radio station WXPN. Its decision of debut region appears to be purposeful: The melody is classified “Doylestown Girl,” named after a close-by Pennsylvania town in Bucks County.
Sound of the tune has advanced on the web, and you can hear it out underneath.
