Freddie Gibbs & Madlib Return With “The Next Day” Featuring Oh No

Freddie Gibbs and Madlib are not finished. A month and a few changes after the release of the debut of their critically acclaimed main label, Bandana, they have returned with rap which is more fun to feed the masses. In collaboration with Adult Swim Singles, the Pinata duo presented their latest single, “The Next Day” which featured Oh No to end the series. The recording sounds more like Pinata than Bandana, especially in terms of production which is more influenced by funk.

The release of a new single through Adult Swim should not be too surprising. Gibbs and Madlib are among the many hip-hop faves who are ready to hit the stage at the Adult Swim Festival in November. They will be performing on November 16 along with Young Thug, Vince Staples, and many more.
